Q: I have a difficult time concentrating, and find it hard to be still. Can I learn to meditate?
A: Yes these techniques are designed to help improve your concentration and help you learn to relax.

Q: How long do I have to practice?
A: In the beginning, a few minutes a day of true present moment awareness will help to develop your ability to work up to longer sessions. Like any practice, the more you practice the better you get at it.

Q: When is the best time of day to practice?
A: In the morning is recommended. To start your day out centered and with a positive attitude and state of mind. But anytime during the day is better than not at all that day.

Q: Will relaxation meditation conflict with my religious beliefs?
A: No, many people find the practice and philosophy of meditation to actually enhance their spirituality. People of all religious backgrounds can benefit from relaxing and increased awareness.

Q: How can meditation improve my health?
A: Meditation can help improve your health by strengthening your immune system. Your blood pressure can be lowered through meditation as your body's need for oxygen is reduced, and your heart doesn't have to work as hard helping to normalize your blood pressure. Chronic pain maybe reduced through increasing the body's natural pain control chemicals such as serotonin and endorphins.

Q: Can we conduct our sessions remotely?
A:
Absolutley!  Phone sessions can be just as effective as face-to-face session.  whether you live outside the Cleveland area, or are going on vacationn or a trip for work, that doesn't mean we have to put off your continued sessions.  Ask about arranging a phone session.
