Motivational Guidance to a Healthier, Happier You

Connect now “pay” later...

Serene Intentions is offering all virtual public group sessions on a donation basis, during the pandemic crisis!

If you are unable to financially donate at this time due to your current situation, that is fine. I just ask that between now and the Fourth of July you contribute in some way to give back to those that give to you – a monetary donation to a charity or cause that speaks to your heart, a donation of your time volunteering to help an individual or group, clean out your closets, basement, garage, or attic and donate to a charity. Whatever you give with a joyful, grateful heart is priceless.

Half of all monetary donations received will be donated on behalf of Serene Intentions and all of its participants to local families in need through these times; the other half will be used to continue to maintain the website and keep the business moving forward so that we all can stay connected

Q: I have a difficult time concentrating, and find it hard to be still. Can I learn to meditate?
A: Yes! These techniques are designed to help improve your concentration, help you learn to relax, and to assist in quieting the constant chatter or “monkey mind” that so many struggle with.

Q: How can meditation improve my health?
A: Meditation can help improve your health in many ways: by strengthening your immune system; your blood pressure can potentially be lowered through meditation as your body's need for oxygen is reduced, and your heart doesn't have to work as hard helping to normalize your blood pressure; chronic pain and stress maybe reduced through increasing the body's natural pain control chemicals such as serotonin and endorphins reducing  cortisol (stress hormone) levels.

Q: Will relaxation meditation conflict with my religious beliefs?
A: No. Many people find the practice and philosophy of mindfulness and meditation to actually enhance their spirituality. People of all religious backgrounds can benefit from relaxation and increased self-awareness.

Q: How do I schedule an Intention or Life Guidance session? Can we conduct our sessions remotely?
A: Please call 440-371-3660 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Absolutely! Virtual sessions can be just as effective as a face-to-face session. Regardless of where you live or are traveling, we can coordinate your sessions.

Q: I do not consider myself a spiritual person.  What do I have to gain from self-reflection and mindfulness?
A: Mindfulness and meditation aren't so much about learning the ins and outs of spirituality; most simply meditation and self work are about developing strategies to cope with life as it comes at you.  You aren't looking for all the answers, but instead realizing and working towards maintaining a more mindful holistic perspective no matter what is happening around you.

Q: How long do I have to practice?
A: In the beginning, a few minutes a day of true present moment awareness will help to develop your ability to work up to longer sessions. Like any practice, the more you practice the better you get at it.

Q: When is the best time of day to practice?
A: In the morning is recommended. To start your day out centered and with a positive attitude and state of mind. But anytime during the day is better than not at all that day.
