Keeping it REAL through the end of the Year!
November is about gratitude for what you have and what you do not! An experiential monthly series of energy balancing, reiki receiving, guided meditation, and vulnerable sharing to help you reduce anxiety and stress to connect to your internal peace.
Join us for an experiental meditation workshop once a month through the end of the year to carry us through. Start a meditation practice, connect to your chakra energy, or uplevel your current meditation practice and chakra connection while incorporating EFT (tapping) into your personal daily life to find more balance and flow through all the demands on you.
With the guidance of a cerifitied facilitator you will practice simple yet powerful tools and techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere. These techniques have the power to help manage or signigicantly reduce stress and anxiety in life. Join us for this special opportunity to gain countless benefits towards your overall well-being. You will need to bring own personal items such as yoga mats, blankets, etc. if plan to attend in person.
