Join us for an experiental workshop once a month for the first four months of 2020 to begin the year a little more clarity as we move forward into a new decade. Start a medititation practice, uplevel your current meditation practice, and incorporate EFT (tapping) into your personal daily life to find more balance and flow through all the demands on you.
With the guidance of a cerifitied facilitator you will practice simple yet powerful tool and techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere.
