“Just Pause” is an introductory workshop on mindfulness and meditation. This workshop is a series of 4 consecutive weekly one hour sessions. Each session in the series will expand on the week prior.
We will discuss and practice different techniques used in mindfulness, meditation, and EFT (tapping), as well as the potential health benefits these practices provide.
Enjoy a relaxing visualization meditation each session with the guidance of a Certified Transformational Meditation Facilitator who is also an AAMET Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner. You will learn and practice simple yet powerful techniques, and how to apply these techniques into your daily routine to manage and potentially significantly reduce the anxiety and stress in your life.
